Brenda CorbettBrenda Corbett is a co-founder of Sherpa Library, LLC, a consulting firm that partners with universities to train and certify executive coaches. Brenda is the author of 18 publications including, The Sherpa Guide, Why it Matters, Impact on Business and Be…Don't Do. She was the head educator for ten major universities, teaching the Sherpa Executive Coaching Certification program. She has trained coaches and coached for companies including Stanley Black and Decker, Toyota, 3M, ASRC Industrial, Federal Express, and U.S. Bank and has successfully coached over 1,000 clients.

Judith Colemon-KinebrewJudith Colemon-Kinebrew is an author and educator who trains and certifies executive coaches. Judith co-authored "The Sherpa Guide: Process-Driven Executive Coaching”, the world’s most widely used textbook for coach training and is the foundation of The Sherpa Process. She has certified coaches for Toyota, Liberty Mutual, the National Cancer Institute, and U.S. Bank. Her latest book: “BE . . Don’t Do” is the Sherpa Guide to coaching skills for managers and executives. With her passion for leadership, Judith began coaching executives one-on-one in 2001. She will show you how you can take your career to the summit, by using the skills of a coaching leader.

Laura L. Bierema

Laura L. Bierema is a Professor at the University of Georgia, Mary Frances Early College of Education, the Adult Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development program. Dr. Bierema’s research interests include workplace learning, career development, women’s development, organization development, executive and team coaching, leadership, and critical human resource development. Dr. Bierema holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Michigan State University and a doctorate in adult education from the University of Georgia. She has over 160 publications, including 10 books and the award-winning text Adult Learning: Linking Theory and Practice with Dr. Sharan B. Merriam and the co-edited book Connecting Adult Learning and Knowledge Management: Strategies for Learning and Change In Organizations with Dr. Monica Fedeli. Her forthcoming book is Human Resource Development: Critical Perspectives and Practice with Drs. Jamie Callahan, Carole Elliott, Tomika Greer, and Joshua Collins. Dr. Bierema served as Associate Dean for Academic Programs at the UGA College of Education from 2013-2017.

DeCoffette WardDeCoffette Ward, known to clients and colleagues as "Coach Coffee" is Chief People Officer with Sherpa Library, LLC, Master Executive Coach, Partner and Certified Everything DiSC Practitioner, author, and educator. She is an educator at the University of Georgia, teaching the Sherpa Executive Coaching Certification program. She has over 25 years of leadership development and facilitation experience that has contributed to the advancement of companies in the electric power industry, digital media, healthcare, government, and manufacturing. Her clients include C-suite to mid-level management employees achieving measurable results, including improved behavior, quality of work, and productivity that foster a coaching culture. DeCoffette passionately believes Commitment + Consistency = Sustainability. DeCoffette is a Sherpa co-author of "Executive Presence: "Humility" and her book, "Dream. Write. Execute." Mrs. Ward is a proud U.S. Army Veteran.

DeCoffette WardDanielle (Dani) Redder is a native-born Canadian. She is a Master Executive Coach, author, educator, and the Chief Executive Officer at Sherpa Library, LLC. She also is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Georgia teaching the Sherpa Executive Coaching Certification program. For the past 10 years, she has worked with over 500+ business leaders, C-Suite executives, and hi-potential talents to build and maximize their strategic goals. Along with her coaching credentials, she is also a Certified Equine Coach, a Level 2 Certified Sommelier, a registered yoga & meditation instructor, and a Certified Everything DiSC facilitator.
