Classroom Course:
Gail Stowers
received a Bachelors of Science in Social Work from the University of Georgia and attended paralegal school in Raleigh, North Carolina. Stowers worked as a litigation paralegal with the law firm of Beaver, Holt and Richardson, and later attended Webster University in Fayetteville, North Carolina, where she received a dual Masters degree in Management and in Human Resources.

Stowers has been employed with the State Personnel Administration in the Legal Services Division as a Human Resources Project Manager and Employee Relations Specialist for more than 10 years. Some of her responsibilities include legal research, program management of the statewide alternative dispute resolution program, ADA Compliance manager and consultant to managers, employees and non-state entities. She also participates in some legislative and diversity management activities.
