Brie and Mushroom Soup
A vegetarian soup of assorted mushrooms simmered in a creamy vegetable broth folded with melted brie cheese and a dash of sherry wine.

 

Sandwiches

All sandwiches are served with a choice of Potato Chips, French Fries, Fried Green Beans, or Fresh Fruit.

Georgia Club
Southern-baked ham with sliced turkey, crisp bacon, sliced tomatoes, and Swiss cheese served on whole wheat bread. — $6.75

Beer Battered Grouper
Grouper filet dipped in beer batter and deep fried to a golden brown. Nestled on a bed of cole slaw on Italian Ciabatta bread. — $6.95

Fried Green Tomato BLT
Bacon, lettuce, fried green tomato and Swiss cheese served on sourdough bread with Vidalia mayonnaise. — $6.95

Angus Cheeseburger
Lean ground Angus beef charbroiled, topped with melted Cheddar cheese, served with lettuce, tomato and pickle. — $7.50

Mixed Grill Chicken and Shrimp Caesar Salad
Seasoned chicken, shrimp, or a combination grilled and served on crispy romaine tossed with Caesar dressing, with toasted garlic bread. — $7.50

Bombay Chicken Salad
Grilled chicken breast diced and tossed with chutney, curry powder, mayonnaise, onion, and celery. Served with fresh pineapple and homemade banana-nut bread. — $7.25

Chef Salad Plate
Mixed salad greens with strips of crisp bacon, ham, and turkey, with Swiss and smoked Gouda cheeses. Garnished with cucumber, tomato, and boiled egg. — $6.95

Cheese and Fresh Fruit Plate
Smoked Gouda, Brie and smoked Cheddar served with fresh seasonal fruit and berries. — $6.95

Cowboy Steak Salad
Thinly sliced London broil tossed with roasted potatoes, crispy romaine, tomato, and balsamic vinaigrette with a side of bleu cheese crumbles. — $6.95

Pan-fried almond-crusted cod served on pasta, laced with a lemon caper sauce. — $7.25

Southwestern Vegetable Quesadilla
Marinated vegetables in Southwestern spices with black beans, corn, and Monterey Jack cheese, served in a flour tortilla with guacamole and salsa.

Artichoke Spinach and Mushroom Quiche
Sautéed artichokes, spinach, and mushrooms in an egg custard, topped with cheese and baked to a golden brown. Served with a side of fresh fruit. — $6.95

Roasted Vegetable Ravioli
Pasta pocket filled with minced roasted vegetables and parmesan cheese. Served with sun-dried tomato pesto sauce and sautˇed fresh spinach with a sprinkle of pine nuts. — $6.95

Grilled NY Strip au Poivre
Six-ounce New York strip steak studded with cracked black pepper grilled to temperature and topped with a peppercorn sauce. Served with roasted potatoes. — $7.50

Penne Primavera
Sauteed artichokes, tomato and portobello mushrooms tossed with olive oil, garlic, fresh herbs, Asiago cheese and penne pasta. — $6.75

Pineapple Upside-down Cake
Pineapple sponge cake baked with pineapple and brown sugar and topped with carmelized pecans. — $3.50
