Georgia Real Estate Pre-License Sales Course (Classroom Format) (VA Approved)

Approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.
Successful completion of this course 75% or higher on the final course exam and meeting state attendance requirements, by attending all sessions qualifies you to take the Georgia Real Estate Pre-License Sales state exam. Your textbook for the course, Real Estate Dynamics: RED (A Practical Approach to Licensing, Includes the Latest GAR Contracts), is included in the course fee.
Pre-requisites: In order to become a real estate agent in the State of Georgia, you must be 18 or older and be a Georgia state resident, have a high school diploma or GED, and pass a GBI background check.

When you enroll, you will have 180 days to complete each course. You have the option of purchasing up to three 60-day extensions for a period of up to one year, but not extending past 360 days from the initial course registration.

This course is for the licensee interested in opening a brokerage office, or just developing management skills necessary to operate a real estate office. It is designed to refresh a licensee's knowledge of the fundamentals of real estate by reviewing the salesperson's pre-license course. Then, the student can develop management skills with additional lessons on office operations, broker responsibilities, financial management, and government regulations. The final exam must be proctored and is not included in the course fee. Students who pass the final exam will be qualified to take the Georgia Broker Exam.
