Q. - How much does it cost to hold a conference at the Georgia Center?
A. There are many variables. We provide a first class conference experience at very affordable prices. Please visit our Event Planning section. Complete a Request for Proposal, and the Georgia Center will be able to give you a cost estimate within one to two business days. Q. - When do room blocks release?
A. Room blocks release 3 weeks prior to the first day of the conference or event.
Q. - How do I book a conference or event?

Q. - Does the Georgia Center have lodging as part of the conference center?
A. Yes, there are 200 hotel rooms and suites under the same roof as the conference rooms.
Q. - What is included in the meeting package fee?
A. A wide variety of services, facilities, and equipment are including in this fee, such as: administrative services, financial statements and analysis, CEU maintenance, registration, food and beverage breaks, meeting rooms and signage, standard audiovisual equipment, and much more.
Q. - What types of Meeting Rooms do you have?
A. The Georgia Center has 26 conference rooms, four executive boardrooms, an electronic classroom/instructional studio, and two auditoriums. See Meeting Spaces for details.
Q. - Does the Georgia Center have exhibit space?
A. Yes, we have over 9,000 sq. ft. of exhibit space in the conference center.
Q. - Can members of our conference group stay at your hotel if we are meeting elsewhere?
A. Call for policy and availability.
Food & Beverage
Q. - Can the Georgia Center cater to vegetarian and special diet needs?
A. We are happy to cater to any special diet needs at no additional cost as long as we are notified in advance and are provided the participants' names.
Q. - Does the Georgia Center serve alcohol?
A. Yes, we offer the choice of having an open bar or cash bar. Wine may be served with a seated meal.
Q. - Can I use my own decorations?
A. Yes. Your Event or Meeting Planner will discuss our policy.
Q. - Is there a room rental charge to host an event in the Banquet Area?

Q- Does the Georgia Center require a deposit?

Q. - What surcharges can I expect?
A. There is an 18% service charge and a 7% sales tax.
Q. - How soon do I need to pick my menu?
A. You need to select your menu one month in advance of your conference or event or as soon as possible.
Q. - When do I need to let the Georgia Center know how many people will be attending our conference or event?
A. Final counts must be received by the Georgia Center 72 hours prior to your conference or event.
